We’ll have a few images up soon.
UPDATE: This release appears to be very, very buggy, with forums at AvSIM being hit with multiple crash reports. I can confirm this now from personal experience.
Airports that opened easily in 10.05rc1 crashed this version repeatedly.
HDR simply doesn’t work anymore: see below:
All hardware assignments jumbled. Buttons that were assigned to work aileron trim now operate landing lights, etc.
Exterior views compromised:
My recommendation, for now?
HOLD OFF. Let’s see how Laminar responds to this debacle.

don’t download it! it’s full of glitches, i tried to land the default 747 and i could hardly hold -700 fpm even with full trim and elevator deflection, idk what the problem is (i was going around 150 kts with near no weight) but for some reason even with everything configured as i usually would, the plane just crashed
You could get it off the ground? Lucky you. I couldn’t!

I updated a (nearly clean but for my preference files) demo version of 10.05 on OSX and made a short test (I let AI fly my plane, switched rendering options several times, tried the new quick flight dialog…) and only crashed – of course – when I set HDR FSAA to the highest setting and ran out of VRAM. so… looks like it works on Mac with the limitations that we have come to expect.
interesting I’m seeing exactly the opposite – much better frame rates, one crash on the initial startup (try unplugging your joystick for the first boot and see if it kicks through?).
Weird.
no problems here, HDR work and runs very well on my system
