Mario, these images are of course in v9.70, but many of the buildings seen were available at the org. J M Dewey had a huge assortment of NYC files all custom made that ought to work well in v10
Here is an even better option, use OSM. Over the past few months NYC has gotten significantly better. I recommend http://metro.teczno.com/ they provide daily extracts for over nearly 150 cities. Simply download the Binary PBF osm file for the city you want, and use OSM2XP to convert the data into scenery for X-Plane.
